The Truck Visit Rules tab displays the truck visit appointment rules associated with the selected appointment rule set. You can add, edit, or delete truck visit appointment rules using this tab.
Use truck visit appointment rules to define the same information as with transaction appointment rules, but for truck visit appointments. In addition, you can define rules regarding the relationship between a truck visit appointment and the associated transaction appointments as follows:
Define whether N4 updates the associated transaction appointments to all have the same start time as the truck visit appointment or to be in consecutive time slots.
Define a percentage of transaction appointments that are allowed over the maximum quota amount.
Define whether N4 calculates the truck visit appointment end time according to the associated transaction appointments.
You cannot create more than one truck visit appointment rule for the same time slot for the same day, unless you are creating a day override rule to override an existing general rule. For an illustration of how this works, see Rules tab (on page 1).

You cannot delete a truck visit appointment rule with an existing truck visit appointment. Instead, you can edit the end date for the truck visit appointment rule to make it inactive after the last existing truck visit appointment.
